As a first step we would like to get to know you and what you are looking for during your trip to Europe and the Mediterranean. The best way to get in touch with us is through our online travel survey. The more information you have for us the better, but we will be happy to make recommendations! Of course, we are also available to discuss your trip preferences by phone.

2. Check out what we have created for you and give us your feedback
Based on the information that you provide, we will get back to you with an initial TrueTrips itinerary, which serves as a starting point for further development. Your customized itinerary will literally take care of all of your travel details from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart, while giving you the freedom you need to relax and also explore on your own as desired.
Upon reviewing your initial TrueTrips itinerary please get back to us with any questions or requests for changes, so that we can address them and present a revised itinerary based on your feedback.

3. Ask more questions and let’s continue planning!
There will likely be more questions and we are happy to answer them and let you explore more itinerary options as needed. Depending on the characteristics of your request, i.e. if you are planning a group trip or a wedding we will ask for a non-refundable Commitment Deposit in order to continue the planning of your trip. This Commitment Deposit counts towards the cost of your trip once you decide to book.

4. Secure your trip!
When you are excited about an itinerary and ready to secure your arrangements, we will ask for a deposit payment as well as a non-refundable service fee per person. You can find all details about deposits, full payment and cancellation fees in our Disclaimers and Policies. The deposit amount will count towards the total cost of your trip. The service fee is additional to and does not count towards your total trip cost.

5. Consider Trip Insurance!
To protect you from any cancellation fees in case of unforeseen circumstances, please don’t forget to purchase trip insurance! Although trip insurance is optional, we strongly recommend you consider policies that include a “Cancel for Any Reason” option.

6. We’re making it happen for you!
Our operations department will now work on securing all the details of your trip, i.e. book your accommodations, arrange your transfers, issue tickets and plan any activities included in your itinerary, making adjustments as needed.

TrueTrips will allow you to travel with peace of mind – all you have to do is land! Not only will everything be pre-arranged for you so that you can simply sit back and enjoy your precious vacation time, but we are also just a phone call away should you require assistance during your trip. You will have access to us 24/7 through our emergency phone lines and of course by email!
