Job Brief: As a Travel Specialist you will be primarily trained in the sales and operations procedures, efficiently creating impeccable tailor-made luxury trip experiences from start to finish.
What we are looking for are enthusiastic and action-oriented people with strong work ethics, positive attitude, and teamwork mentality, who seek to boost their career in a fast-paced professional environment and learn from the best.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Travel Industry is not required but it will be considered an asset).
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Passionate about travel and tourism.
- Previous work or industry experience is welcome but not required.
- Able to manage different work shifts.
Responsibilities (primarily focused but not limited to the below)
- Communicate with potential guests to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop a personal relationship with clients to assess their needs, budget, and preferences in order to suggest suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations / create travel packages (itinerary creation and revision).
- Organizing travels from beginning to end: book hotels, tours, transfers / issue ferry and air tickets / provide assistance during clients’ trip.
- Provide quality customer service and effectively deal with problems or complaints.
- Enter data into our software and update client and financial files.
