As you explore the city’s narrow streets, you will discover more about Split’s fascinating past as well as the city’s modern identity. Following your exploration of Split, you will visit the medieval fortress of Klis that is located outside the city before ending your tour at the town of Sinj, where a chivalric tournament to commemorate the victory over the Ottoman siege of the city in 1715 has been taking place since the 18th century.
